Our Commitment
VoxPick maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) content and behavior on our platform. We are dedicated to creating a safe environment for all users, with special emphasis on protecting minors.
We comply with all applicable child safety laws and regulations, including but not limited to the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and relevant local legislation in all jurisdictions where our app operates.
Prevention Measures
We take proactive steps to prevent CSAE on our platform:
- Age verification — Users must meet the minimum age requirement to create an account. We employ age-gating mechanisms during the registration process.
- Community guidelines — Our terms of service and community guidelines explicitly prohibit any content or behavior that exploits or endangers minors.
- Content policies — Strict content policies prohibit the sharing, distribution, or solicitation of child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form, including text, images, audio, and video.
- User education — We provide resources and guidance to help users identify and report suspicious behavior.
Detection & Moderation
Our detection and moderation approach includes:
- Content moderation — We employ a combination of automated systems and human review to detect and remove violating content promptly.
- In-app reporting — Users can report child safety concerns directly within the app through our reporting feature, available on all user profiles and content.
- Review process — All reports related to child safety are treated with the highest priority and reviewed by trained trust and safety personnel.
- Account action — Accounts found to violate our child safety policies are immediately suspended and permanently banned.
Reporting Procedures
If you encounter any content or behavior that may involve child sexual abuse or exploitation:
- In-app report — Use the report button available on user profiles and content within VoxPick to flag the issue immediately.
- Email report — Contact our safety team directly at playpops.app@gmail.com with details of the concern.
- Emergency situations — If a child is in immediate danger, please contact your local law enforcement authorities first.
All reports are handled confidentially. We will never disclose the identity of a reporter to the reported user.
Legal Cooperation
VoxPick cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies and regulatory authorities:
- We report confirmed CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) via CyberTipline, as required by law.
- We comply with applicable reporting obligations to regional and national agencies in all jurisdictions where we operate.
- We preserve and provide relevant data to law enforcement when served with valid legal process.
- We actively cooperate with international efforts to combat CSAE, including collaboration with organizations such as the Internet Watch Foundation (IWF) and INHOPE.
